Legal analyses for more effective advocacy

 NEW:  PLRC’s analysis of the final rule regarding SSA’s "new approach" to applications for disability benefits and appeals.  Implementation begins August 1, 2006

 Nonprofits receiving government financing face new competition from "Faith-Based Organizations."  PLRC offers an analysis of FBO's and HUD programs, with a focus on where funds may now go.

Tenants in Washington, DC who are concerned about conditions at their apartment buildings should visit the TENAC website for information about forming effective tenant associations as well as links to resources and information about tenant rights.
