Your constituents need assistance to understand their legal options. Likewise, your program is impacted by changes in the regulatory and legal landscape. Employing an in-house professional, however, can put a strain on your limited resources. PLRC offers you a way to fulfill the needs of your clients, and to understand changes in the law that affect your program. We offer the following: |
|
Information Services You and your constituents are affected by changes in Administrative Agencies' rules, legislation, court decisions, and the general legal environment, but an in-house legal department on the lookout for these developments is probably not financially feasible. PLRC attorneys will monitor and analyze developments in the law of concern to your program and constituents, and provide information to you in a format readily accessible to your staff. Should your staff require further information, they can simply call one of our attorneys. Increase services to your clients PLRC can work with you to establish regular legal information sessions for your constituents. We are committed to working directly with populations who traditionally have been unable to turn to the courts or to obtain the assistance they need to secure public benefits. Working together, we can increase access to legal information and advocacy for the people you serve, and your program will be expanded to include legal services. |

A tailor-made relationship We would like to speak with you about the legal needs of your program and the populations you serve, so we can tailor the best arrangement and array of services. Regular access to legal information and advocacy is not a luxury, but it is a necessary service that most nonprofits have been forced to do without. Please contact us so we can discuss the services that are most crucial to your program, and the best ways to keep your staff informed and to expand the services you can offer your constituents. We look forward to hearing from you. |
